Choosing the most suitable pump for a liquid product dosing installation is quite a difficult task. It is about finding the solution to many factors that need to be taken into account to ensure proper operation and minimum maintenance service.

BoMa Technology
The new patented BoMa technology has been designed to provide an effective solution to work around speed, accuracy and flexibility problems encountered with current pumps.
BoMa technology operates with pressure and vacuum. The dosage of all components of a recipe can be done in a few seconds, therefore providing high production capacities.
In the event of a product change, the installation is cleaned up very quickly due to the absence of pumps.

BoMa systems can be used in many situations, just like a piston pump. The main advantage lies in the absence of seals, i.e. in the maintenance-free operation as well as in the ease of cleaning when the product is changed.
BoMa systems allow transferring and dosing products with a complex rheology, in particular products of high viscosity. The absence of rotating seals is ideal for its use for aggressive or flammable products.

Many complex challenges can be mastered with the BoMa technology, for instance dosing 0.2 ml of an aqueous solution with an accuracy of 1% at a frequency of 10 seconds.

This new technology can be used in many ways just like a piston pump. The main advantage lies in the absence of seals, i.e. in the maintenance-free operation as well as in the ease of cleaning before product changes.
It can also be applied for highly viscous products and severe precision requirements (0.01 g).
Peristaltic Pump
The peristaltic filling machine DecFill® LAB-mPP (dosing range 0.1 - 100 ml) can be used as a stand-alone device or integrated into a fully automatic machine for multiple containers.
All pump components are integrated into the machine, allowing aggressive liquids to be pumped without the risk of cross-contamination.
With a filling accuracy of up to +/- 0.5%, this machine offers accurate filling.
Rotary Piston Pump
The rotary piston pump filling machine DecFill® LAB-mRP si designed for a dosing range from 0.1 - 100 ml and for mutliple containers.
Pistons and cylinders are manufactured from one single piece of stainless steel. The connection fill sites are integrated in manufacturing, eliminating product residue around welding seams.
Due to the high precision during manufacturing no additional sealing elements are necessary.
